Sergio Costa bought condo Unit #16F at 1561 First Ave. in Yorkville from Gena Comenzo for $612,500 on Sept. 25.

Mr. Costa is director at Traxi LLC, a business advisory firm in New York City. Prior to joining Traxi, he was a manager in the corporate advisory services division at Huron Consulting Group. He's also worked at Arthur Andersen LLP as an associate in the firm's corporate restructuring division of the global corporate finance practice.

He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Scranton-Arthur J. Kania School of Management in Pennsylvania.

Ms. Comenzo is the owner of La Grolla, an Italian restaurant on Amsterdam Avenue in New York City.

The Eton House was built in 1963 and converted to a cooperative in 1983, and has 216 units on 20 floors. Its alternate address is 345 E. 81st St.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 195 condo sales in Yorkville during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $606,750.
