Trevor F. Madigan and Breanne E. Malloy bought a condo at 88 Bleecker Street, Unit: 1F in Greenwich Village from Emily and Timothy Moriarty for $781,000 on Sept. 23.

The Moriartys paid $685,000 for Unit #1F in May 2006.

Madigan is the global head of sales and operators for Nokia Music at the New York headquarters of Nokia. He joined Nokia in Sept. 2004 as channel manager for nation retail sales and was subsequently promoted to head of music experiences, then to head of entertainment and communities.

Prior to joining Nokia, he worked in sales and product development at Mitsubishi Telecom and luxury brand Mulberry in Europe.

He is a graduate of the University College of Dublin. He also completed the business studies program at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Malloy is VP for fixed income sales at Goldman Sachs. She attended Saint Lawrence University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 99 condo sales in Greenwich Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $780,500.
