Edward S. Pliner and Pamela B. Burns sold the two-bedroom, two-bath condo Unit #71 at 100 W. 89th St. on the Upper West Side to Shmuel Bergstein and Ronit Bergstein for $1.15 million on Oct. 1.

The Pliners paid $1.3 million for the property in March 2007.

Mr. Pliner has served as the CEO of Crossroads Films, a full service commercial and music video production company.

There are 108 units in the eight-story building at 100 W. 89th St., which is also known as The Centra. It was constructed in 1985.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 369 condo sales on the Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $736,250.
