Marketing exec scores Lenox Hill condo

Medium 3e223f19935a402da095558b08d8ae7b William R. Kapfer and Eric S. Baker bought the one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo Unit #28A at 200 E. 61st St. in Lenox Hill from Robert I. Ingenito and his wife, Lyn Miriam, for $630,600 on Oct. 20.

Mr. Kapfer is vice president of business development with David Morris International, a New York marketing company specializing in working with travel companies. He also serves as EVP of community marketing at EDGE Publications Inc., and as a marketing and media consultant for Kapfer Group LLC.

He's also served as the director of merchandising at Harper's Bazaar and as a publicist with Miramax Films. He earned his Ph.D. in media and leadership from Northern Arizona University, his M.S. in business from Northern Arizona University and his B.S. from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Ingenito is the owner of Access Direct Systems, a Farmingdale-based direct mail and marketing company.

Mrs. Ingenito is a former Rockette who has performed at Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan.

The condo is in The Savoy Condos, which houses 218 units and was built in 1986.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 222 condo sales in Lenox Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $975,000.
