Abigail Disney and her husband, Pierre Hauser, sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at 300 W. End Ave. in Upper West Side to Brett Gorvy and Amy Gold for $3.45 million on Oct. 26.

Hauser and Disney paid $5,562,500 for the property in Oct. 2006. Unit #5B measures 3,800 square feet, and is one of 32 units.

Disney is a filmmaker and philanthropist, and co-founder and co-president of the Daphne Foundation, a social change foundation working with low-income communities in New York City.

She also serves on the boards of the Roy Disney Family Foundation, the White House Project, the Global Fund for Women, and the Fund for the City of New York.

She's also the vice chair of the board of Shamrock Holdings Incorporated, an investment company which manages funds for a diverse group of investors, including the Roy Disney Family. Roy Disney is the nephew of Walt Disney and a longtime senior executive for the Walt Disney Co.

She holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University, a master's degree from Stanford University and a Ph.D. from Columbia University.

Hauser is co-founder and co-president of the Daphne Foundation.

Gorvy is an international co-head of Christie's postwar and contemporary art department. He joined the company in 1994.

Gold currently serves as Christie's deputy chairman. She was appointed in this position in 2006.

Prior to her current role, she was the SVP- director of business development of the company's Rockefeller Center headquarters and as Midwest director based in Chicago. Earlier, she worked at the Art Institute of Chicago and as major gifts officer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

She received her B.A. in art history from DePaul University and her M.A. in art history from the University of Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 427 condo sales in Upper West Side during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $800,000.
