"Law and Order" actor Linus Roache settles in Chelsea

Medium 95ed39da145b29c7ea82767e957dc2c8 Actor Linus Roache bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 555 W. 23rd St. in Chelsea from Elena G. Sefanov and Gregory I. Sefanov for $1,399,000 on Oct. 23.

The Sefanovs bought the property for $1.25 million in Feb. 2007.

Roache is an actor on the wildly popular television series "Law and Order," where he plays Michael Cutter, the executive assistant of the district attorney. He joined the cast in 2008 after previously working on the series Kidnapped and in films like The Forgotten and Batman Begins.

He attended Bishop Luffa Church of England School in Chichester, West Sussex.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 134 condo sales in Chelsea during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $760,000.
