The condo is 1,000-square-foot in size and part of the 440 E. 56th St. condo development.

Princz is the CEO and publisher of Kids Discover Magazine, founded in 1991. Prior to this, she was a publisher at VNU Business Media, vice president and publisher at Advanstar, senior vice president and general manager at Gruner + Jahr and group publisher vice president at American Baby.

She attended Wheaton College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 25 condo sales in Midtown East/Turtle Bay during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $801,000.
