Fong and Lee bought a property for $430,000 in April 2007. The unit is 439-square-foot in size and part of the 184 Thompson St. condo development.

Yuster serves as senior advisor of the Social Welfare and Justice Systems Child Protection Section, Programme Division at UNICEF. Previously, she worked in the public and NGO sectors as a researcher and public health professional in New York, Nicaragua and Mexico.

She holds bachelor's degree in Anthropology and an MPA degree.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 144 condo sales in Greenwich Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $560,000.
