Jerome Delune and Tania Silva bought a condo at 445 W. 19th St. in Chelsea from Paul E. Sanchez for $490,000 on Nov. 9.

Sanchez bought the property for $463,000 in March 2007. The unit is part of the 10-story Chatham in Chelsea condo development, which was built in 1989.

Delune is the strategy consultant at SAP, a leading provider of business software. He previously worked as IT specialist at IBM Global Services.

He attended UCLA.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 71 condo sales in Chelsea during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $587,000.
