Ms. di Carrobio is president and owner of Patricia Ferenczi. She is a jewelry expert and trader and was the first female auctioneer at Christi's, which she joined in 1980.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 124 condo sales in Carnegie Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.3125 million.
