Goldman Sachs exec snags TriBeCa 2BD condo

Medium ae530960aa69a6a0a8d977d7c342fc9c Ingrid B. Chung bought a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 200 Chambers St. in TriBeCa from Michael J. Romaszka Jr. for $2 million on Nov. 15.

Romaszka paid $1.945 million for the property in May 2007. The 1,345-square-foot Unit #25E is part of the 200 Chambers Street condominium development, which was built in 2005.

Chung is vice president of equity research at Goldman Sachs, an investment banking and securities firm, where she also was an associate.

She previously was an equity research associate at Salomon Smith Barney. Prior to that, she was an investment banking associate at Epoch Partners, and business development director at Kozmo.com

She attended the University of Chicago and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 154 condo sales in TriBeCa during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.875 million.
