Romain Grandbesancon sold a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 333 E. 34th St. in Murray Hill to Kuei-ta Lee and Kai-lee Lee Liu for $702,500 on Nov. 17.

Grandbesancon paid $535,000 for the property on Feb. 2004. Unit #7C measures 915 square feet and is part of the Devon condo development, which was built in 1961.

Grandbesancon is the LNG shipping adviser at Poten & Partners, a global broker and commercial adviser for the energy and ocean transportation industries.

He formerly was a gas and petrochemical tanker broker at Barry Rogliano Salles, Paris.

He received his M.A. in international business and management from the University of Westminster in London and B.Sc. in maritime business and law from the University of Plymouth in England.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 205 condo sales in Murray Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $697,500.
