Isaac Mizrahi bought a condo at 59 W. 12th St. in Greenwich Village from Carla Barr for $3.5 million on Nov. 10.

Unit 14B was built in 1931 in the Greenwich Village Historic District. It is part of 59 W. 12th St. condominium development, a 17-story building which houses over 100 units.

Mizrahi is a New York TV presenter and fashion designer who owns an eponymous fashion line.

He previously was the creative director of Liz Claiborne.

He attended the Parsons School for design.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 175 condo sales in Greenwich Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $900,000.
