The 900-square-foot condo, Unit #2C, is part of the Central Park Place condo development, which was built in 1987.

Horiwaki is the owner and managing director at East River Films, Inc. He also serves the company as a videographer and editor.

He attended New York University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 148 condo sales in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $820,000.
