Hobson Brown Jr. and Lisa W. MacIntyre sold a townhouse at 137 W. 87th St. on the Upper West Side to Neal Goldman for $4.5 million on Nov. 24.

The 3,560-square-foot house was built in 1899.

Brown is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Russell Reynolds Associates, an executive search firm.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 616 condo sales in Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $825,000.
