Lena Sze and Nakeeb Siddique bought a two-bedroom, one-bath condo at 196 Park Row in Civic Center from Tommy and Sandy Chiu for $620,000 on Nov. 30.

The 1,015-square-foot Unit #9C is in the Chatam Towers condo development.

Ms. Sze is a poet and cultural worker. She has worked for the Asian Arts Initiative, the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, and the Lower East Side Tenement Museum.

She attended Swarthmore College.

Siddique is an associate in the New York office of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where he concentrates his practice on general litigation matters.

He received his B.A. in history at Swarthmore College in 2001 and his J.D at the Fordham University School of Law in 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been four condo sales in Civic Center during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $497,500.
