Aspiron India managing execs leave The Link for $1.845M

Medium b4fb6017d1269111b3401495944bd808 Jonathan R. Lance and Anu Lance bought a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 310 W. 52nd St. Unit #30H in Time Square to Florinda Meza for $1.845 million on Dec. 2.

The Lances paid $1.545 million for the property in April 2007. The 1,253-square-foot unit is part of The Link condo development, which was built in 2005.

Mr. Lance serves as the managing director at Aspiron Consulting Pvt. Ltd., an India-based strategy development and implementation firm. Prior to starting Aspiron in India, he advised clients on market entry into India in the real estate, green technology and non-profit sectors as an independent advisor.

Before that, he was a principal at Banc of America Securities. He also served as vice president of Merrill Lynch and first vice president at First Chicago (now JPMorgan).

He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and a masters in real estate development from New York University.

Ms. Lance serves as the Managing Director at Aspiron Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Previously, she worked as an independent consultant in the United States advising clients on the commercial feasibility of new technologies. Before that, she worked as an associate Salomon Smith Barney.

She holds an M.S. in chemistry from the University of Cincinnati, an M.B.A. from The Anderson School at UCLA and an M.A. in biotechnology from Columbia University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 160 condo sales in Time Square during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $725,500.
