The unit is part of the 875 Park Ave. condo development which was built in 1912 and houses 15 units. It is located in the Upper East Side Historic District subdivision.

Geoffrey Kanter has served as a managing partner at MK Media Ventures, a venture capital & private equity firm which specializes in the media and marketing services industries.

Prior to that, he was a partner and COO at Brand Connections, the president at Market Place Media, the CEO of Cover Concepts at Primedia, a managing director at Burlington Industries and an associate at Accenture.

He attended Duke University and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 312 condo sales in Upper East Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $876,000.
