Manuel Hernandez Uranga and Yolanda Gargallo Arias bought a condo at 188 E. 78th St. in the Upper East Side from Mark J. Schwartz and Myron P. Shevell for $3.7 million on Nov. 23.

The condo, Unit #5/6C, is part of the 60 units in The Empire condominium development.

Uranga serves as an executive director of investments at Morgan Stanley, an investment and banking company.

He holds an M.A. in economics and business administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros in Spain.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 312 condo sales in Upper East Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $876,000.
