Taren Spearman sold a condo at 301 Cathedral Parkway in Central Harlem to Benjamin Hong for $350,000 on Nov. 24.

Spearman paid $445,000 for the property in April 2006. The condo, Unit #12B, is part of the Towers on the Park condominium development, which was built in 1989.

Spearman is a business and corporate lawyer with Blank Rome LLP Counselors at Law.

Spearman earned a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. from Barnard College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 28 condo sales in East Harlem during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $955,000.
