Avi Grinblat sold a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 25 Central Park West in Lincoln Square to Robert M. Browne for $737,200 on Dec. 6.

The 755-square-foot condo, Unit #4V, is part of the Century condo development, which was built in 1932.

Grinblat is the owner and CEO of Advanced Visual Industries, Inc., the developer of A.V.I. Panoramic Viewing System and producer of optical interfaces for video cameras for surgical microscopes.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 371 condo sales in Lincoln Square during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $982,000.
