The 1,158-square-foot condo, Unit #19H, is part of the 1623 Third Avenue condo development, which was built in 1975.

Mishra is the chief operating officer at Maruthi Engineering. She previously served the company as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Maruthi, she was a business development manager at Reliance Insurance Company Limited and manager of sales at Max Newyork Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

She earned her M.B.A. in marketing and finance from Bharathiar University and an advanced diploma in garment manufacturing technology from the Lakhotia Institute of Art and Design.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 300 condo sales in Yorkville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $634,000.
