Jason Klatsky and Meredith Klatsky bought a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 55 E. End Ave. in Yorkville from Carol Gershowitz for $565,000 on Dec. 9.

The 800-square-foot co-op, Unit #3F, is part of the 55 End Ave. development, which was built in 1951.

Mr. Klatsky is the president and CEO of InMotion Media, an advertising, media and marketing company that focuses on the travel industry. Previously, he has worked in sales and development department at Zoom Media, and as an account executive at BBDO Worldwide.

He attended the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and the State University Pamplin College of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 300 condo sales in Yorkville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $634,000.
