Tracy Vollaro sold a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 1619 3rd Ave. in Yorkville to John Katzman for $600,000 on Nov. 29.

Vollaro paid $324,025 for the property in Feb. 2003. The 835-square-foot condo, Unit #28G, is part of the 1619 Third Avenue condo development, which was built in 1975.

Vollaro serves as the general counsel at Survey Sampling International, a provider of solutions for survey research. She specializes in contracts and corporate law litigation.

She received her J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 300 condo sales in Yorkville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $634,000.
