Kenneth Pliska sold a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 200 E. 89th St. in Yorkville to Mauricio Buenaventura Isaacs and Nery Patricia Mora Sanabria Sanabria for $1.3 million on Nov. 16.

The 1,327-square-foot condo, Unit #31D, is part of the 35-story The Monarch condo development, which was built in 1987.

Pliska is a principal at WB Engineering & Consulting. He is also the owner of TFMG LLC. Previously, he worked in design and construction at PLC Partners.

He holds a B.A.E. from Penn State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 300 condo sales in Yorkville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of Yorkville.
