Ernest W. Chung and Mary A. Lee bought a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 181 E. 90th St. in Carnegie Hill from Edward and Junko Geisler for $3.125 million on Nov. 30.

The 2,319-square-foot condo, Unit #22C, is one of the 132 units in the 30-story Metropolitan condo development, which was built in 2004.

Chung is a partner in the New York office of the law firm Blank Rome, LLP. He also serves as chairman of the project finance committee of the Association of the Bar of The City of New York.

He received an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 124 condo sales in Carnegie Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,312,500.
