Attila Kerenyi and Ana Cifuentes bought a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 320 W. End Ave. from Francine Russo in Upper West Side for $2 million on Dec. 12.

The 1,176-square-foot condo, Unit 12B, is part of the 320 W. End Ave. condominium development, built in 1924.

Kerenyi is the head of external investment management at Swiss Reinsurance Company, where he was previously director of corporate strategy and head of office asset management.

He attended the University of Sheffield and Harvard Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 452 home sales in Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $880,000.
