Damanjit Singh bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1262 Amaryllis Way in Corona from AVP Properties, Adrian Pop and Rebeca Pop for $400,000 on Dec. 2.

The 3,011-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Pepper Corner.

Mr. Singh is a manager at Transamerica Retirement Services, a provider of corporate retirement plans. Previously, he served as a director and system engineer at Netsity Systems Ltd.

He obtained a B.E. in computers from the University of Pune in India.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 5,023 home sales in Corona during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $335,000.
