Daryl Dragon and Toni Tennille sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 81830 Couples Court in La Quinta to James S. Harvie for $660,000 on Dec. 3.

Tennille and Dragon paid $825,000 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 2,867-square-foot house was built in 2004.

Mr. Dragon is a keyboardist, known as Captain in the successful 1970s pop musical duo, Captain & Tennille, with his wife, Toni Tennille.
Ms. Tennille also co-starred with Dragon on the ABC television series The Captain and Tennille Variety Show.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,553 home sales in La Quinta during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $321,000.
