Mr. Gimino is a founding partner at the law firm Gimino Vogele Associates, LLP, where his practice focuses primarily on business litigation. Before he co-founded Gimino Vogele Associates, he was a partner in the trial department of the international law firm McDermott Will & Emery, LLP.

He obtained his J.D. from the Pepperdine University School of Law.
