Ultrasound co. exec dishes in Green Lake

Medium da642d4eb50693fde3baa76babaa535a Robert and Kahty Voce sold a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 7934 Densmore Ave. N. in Green Lake to Paul and Robin Larson for $490,000 on Sept. 9.

The 1,210-square-foot home was built in 1922 in the Green Lake North Shore subdivision.

Mr. Voce is chief executive officer and founder of Project 8 Labs, a Seattle-based company that builds Web sites. He also is vice president of interactive marketing at Sonosite, a developer of portable ultrasound headquartered in Bothell.

He recently was vice president of business and corporate development at All Star Directories, a publisher of online school directories based in Seattle. Before that, he was senior VP of product, content and search at WhitePages.com. Earlier, he held a variety of roles in business development and management at Priva Technologies, Amazon.com, Wizards of the Coast, Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company.

He received a B.A. in economics from Kenyon College and an M.B.A. in finance and planning from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 340 sales in Green Lake in 2008, with a median sales price of $535,975.
