Sergey Gennadievich Podlazov bought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 14022 92nd Place N.E. in Bothell from Stephanie A. Good Bunkley for $392,000 on Sept. 11.

The 1,840-square-foot home was built in 1979 in the Finn Hill subdivision.

Podlazov is senior project manager at Apollo Data Technologies LLC, a Chicago-based provider of predictive analytics solutions.

He formerly was project manager at Ascentium, an interactive marketing and technology consultancy headquartered in Bellevue. Prior to his role at Ascentium, he was project manager at the software development company CyberSavvy. He also worked as a systems analyst at Business Objects.

He has an M.S. in information systems from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Kansas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 93 sales in Bothell in 2008, with a median sales price of $345,444.
