Marketing firm art director buys in Normandy Park

Medium 39f67b652a2da42c11f7b8449c7470da Jeremy Wheat bought a four-bedroom, 1.3-bath home at 20858 Second Place S.W. in Normandy Park from Brian H. Moss for $379,000 on Sept. 2.

Moss paid $257,000 for the property in April 2003. The 1,610-square-foot home was built in 1953 in the Normandy Park South neighborhood.

Wheat is a designer and product adviser at White Space Promotional Marketing and an art director at White Space Healthcare Marketing, a Seattle-based marketing firm that specializes in the healthcare industry.

He formerly was a brand manager at Wheat Creative. Prior to that, he worked as an art director at Schroepfer Wessels Jolesch and at Italia Partners. He also served on the board of directors of The Dallas Society of Visual Communications.

He attended University of North Texas and Texas A&M University - Commerce.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 31 sales in Normandy Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $465,000.
