The 2,150-square-foot home was built in 1918.

Mr. Vernon is a principal at Vernon Publications LLC, a Woodinville-based publisher of information guides and directories to consumers and businesses in the Puget Sound area.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 236 sales in Capitol Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $385,000.
