Former data capture co. CEO gets $2.15M in Kirkland

Medium 20d6707ca10844e7361865a6033b4db9 Larry D. Brady sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 8431 N.E. Woodland Cove Dr. in Kirkland to Sei Young Kim, Sei Yo Ng Kim and Min Sook Kim for $2.15 million on Oct. 13.

The 3,740-square-foot home was built in 1989 in the Finn Hill subdivision.

Brady is the former chief executive officer of Intermec Inc., a manufacturer and worldwide supplier of automated identification and data capture equipment, headquartered in Everett.

He also is director of Baker Hughes Inc. in Houston, Texas, and Pactiv Corp. and Lake Forest, Ill., and serves on the advisory board of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Prior to his career at Intermec, he was president and director at FMC Corp.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 210 home sales in Kirkland during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $379,000.
