Nathan Czubaj has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 6821 Lake Washington Blvd. S.E. in Newcastle for $400,000.

Lisa Milkovich of John L. Scott Real Estate is the agent for the listing. Czubaj paid $770,000 for the property in June 2006. The 2,490-square-foot home was built in 1962 in the West of Coral Creek Parkway neighborhood.

Czubajs is a consultant at Dale Carnegie Training, a performance-based training company headquartered in Bellevue.

He attended Hillsdale College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 79 sales in Newcastle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $506,250.
