Equity firm principal lists Magnolia 4BD

Medium c81ad101684075feb95bf0c82dd89dab David DiFranco and Kimberly Anderson have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1902 29th Ave. W. in Magnolia for $859,000.

David DiFranco and Kimberly Anderson bought the home for $995,000 in August 2005. The 5,850-square-foot house was built in 2000. It is located in Ellmore subdivision. Scott Shutes of Windermere R. E. Oak Tree Inc. is the listing agent for the home.

DiFranco is a partner in the Seattle office of Blue Point Capital Partners, a private equity firm. He also is a director of Callison, Legend Brands and WDC Exploration.

He previously worked with Carey International, Bank One, McDonald Investments and Salomon Smith Barney.

He received his B.S. in finance from Boston College and a master's degree in business administration from Vanderbilt University.

DiFranco and Anderson previously bought a four-bedroom, one-bath home at 9012 S.E. 58th St. in Mercer Island for $666,000 on Sept. 3.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 252 home sales in Magnolia during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $535,000.
