Microsoft manager sells Clyde Hill 4BD for $1.5M

Medium e48a5b291af879955d0876ba58aafa62 Elena A. Donio-Boettcher and Shanen J. Boettcher sold their four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 9710 N.E. 27th St. in Clyde Hill to Richard and Jessica Donlan for $1.5 million on Aug. 18.

The Boettchers acquired the property for $1.45 million in Oct. 2004. The 4,361-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the neighborhood of East of 92nd Ave. N.E. It is located in the Summit Place subdivision.

Donio-Boettcher is a general manager of product management at Microsoft.

She previously was product manager at Netscape and ePeople, a company that provides Web-based collaborative case and knowledge management solutions.

She received degrees in economics and international relations from Carroll College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 53 home sales in Clyde Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.025 million.
