Orthopedic surgeon sells Redmond 4BD for $1.03M

Medium 5171a6ac73a08300db0a69ea66a09319 Dr. Daniel L. Flugstad and his wife, Cheryl, sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 16454 N.E. 135th St. in unincorporated Redmond to Daniel and Kimberly A. Smith for $1.03 million on May 20.

The 4,000-square-foot house was built in 1984 in Redmond West.

Dr. Flugstad is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who is part of Swedish Medical Center's surgical team. He is also the current chief of orthopedics at Swedish's First Hill Campus and a clinical assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Washington Medical School. He runs a private orthopedic/musculoskeletal practice at The Polyclinic, a multi-specialty medical clinic.

He earned his bachelor's degree and medical degree from the University of Washington. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Washington Medical School and his fellowship in orthopedic oncology at the Harvard School of Medicine.
