E-learning professionals settle in Ballard 4BD

Medium e8aad69db942e12861a179b7b728c5e7 David P. Senan and Mary Scott Senan bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3016 N.W. 62nd St. in Ballard from Sarah G. Nicholson and William P. Nicholson for $730,000 on Nov. 15.

Nicholson acquired the property for $558,000 in April 2003. The 2,940-square-foot house was built in 1903 in the subdivision of Sanders To Gilman Park & Salmon Bay.

Mr. Senan has been the director of product management at Apex Learning, an online learning firm. He has also been the founder of Ideas Over Lunch, LLC. He previously served as global product manager of Applause Media System at Danaher, and founder and president of Adhesive Media. He attended the University of New Hampshire.

Ms. Senan is an independent E-learning professional. She previously served as program manager and director of product marketing at Apex Learning. She attended the University of New Hampshire.

Mr. Nicholson is attorney general at the University of Washington. He previously worked as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, focusing on criminal prosecution.

He received his B.A. in economics from Syracuse University and his J.D. from the Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Nicholson were featured in University of Washington attorney general selling Ballard 4BD on Sept. 21.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 430 home sales in Ballard during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $412,000.
