The Eimers paid $609,000 for the property in October 2004. The 1,997-square-foot condo, Unit 6215, is one of five units in the Palladian Condo development, built in 2000 and located in Lakeview.

Steijn is a software development engineer in test lead at Microsoft Corp.

He holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Delaware.

Nathan Eimers is the regional managing director for Seattle and Salt Lake City at Experis, a staffing solutions, technical outsourcing and project management company. Previously, he was the national sales and recruitment manager at CompuCom Excell Data and a district manager at Computer Horizons.

He studied at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

Alicia Eimers is a business development executive at Slalom Consulting, a management consulting firm. Previously, she was business development manager at TEKsystems and account manager at Computer Horizons Education Division.

She attended the Business School at the University of Washington, Bothell and the University of Idaho.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been no condo sales in Kirkland during the past 12 months.
