Former Microsoft program manager deals Bellevue 4BD

Medium 9c97906606d4062478a936ac6ed963ac John F. Nordlinger sold a four-bedroom, 2.25-bath home at 12927 N.E. 26th Place in Bellevue to Evan and Ann Padilla for $525,000 on Oct. 29.

The 2,590-square-foot house was built in 1966 in Bellevue North. It is located in the Weymour Estates subdivision.

Nordlinger is a former senior program manager at Microsoft Research.

He previously was a program manager at Games for Learning Institute, a lead product manager for SQL Server at Microsoft, a technical director at Oracle and a principal engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation.

He studied philosophy at Northeastern University and is pursuing his master's degree at the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,235 home sales in Bellevue during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $495,000.
