Commercial satellites manufacturing co. SVP grabs Harrison 4BD for $1.4M

Medium bac6456eefa0d708a8c032dc6d9da7a3 Richard P. Mastoloni bought a four-bedroom, six-bath home at 2 Justin Road in Harrison from Francis J. and Maryann Mastoloni for $1.4 million on Oct. 9.

The 4,475-square-foot house was built in 1954 in the Harrison South neighborhood.

Mastoloni is senior vice president of finance and a treasurer at Loral Space & Communications, the world's leading manufacturer of commercial satellites.

He previously was a banker for JPMorgan Securities in the technology, media and telecom and mergers and acquisitions groups.

He also is one of the senior advisers at Broadsword Partners, a multi-disciplinary merchant banking firm based in New York City.

He received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Vermont and his M.B.A. from Columbia University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 118 home sales in Harrison during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $997,000.
