John T. Bostelman and Emily Hannah Bostelman sold a home at 8 Island Dr. in Rye City to Adam Tuckman and Jessica Reisman for $3.2 million on Oct. 14.

The house is part of the East of Boston Post Road neighborhood.

Mr. Bostelman is a partner at Sullivan & Cromwell law firm's New York office. He also is the coordinator of the firm's securities law practice and a member of the firm's corporate and finance, financial institutions and investment management.

He received his bachelor's degree from Yale University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 105 home sales in Rye City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.1 million.
