The 3,524-square-foot house was built in 1961 in New Castle West neighborhood.

Mr. Holiber is the president of the U.S. News Media Group.

In 1999, he served as publisher of The Atlantic Monthly and was appointed publisher of U.S. News before becoming its president in 2004.

He received a bachelor's degree from Springfield College and a master's degree from the University at Albany.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 70 home sales in New Castle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $950,000.
