Roger and Inez Kasunic sold a three-bedroom, two-bath at 16 Lincoln Rd. in Cortlandt to Anthony N. Tiliacos for $340,000 on Oct. 15.

The Kasunics paid $257,000 for the property in July 2000. The home is in the Cortlandt South neighborhood.

Mr. Kasunic has been vice president of editing, design, production and technology at The McGraw-Hill Companies, a publicly traded corporation headquartered in Rockefeller Center with interests in the areas of education, publishing, broadcasting, and financial and business services.

He previously worked in the commercial print industry and for publishers such as Academic Press, The Franklin Library, and Holt, Rinehart & Winston.

He attended the City University of New York City College.

The Kasunics sold their home at 54 Farrington Road in Croton-on-Hudson for $250,000 in July 2000.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 201 home sales in Cortlandt during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $350,000.
