David B. Schuler and Elissa Schuler-Adair bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 25 Baylor Circle in White Plains from Chang Hyun Kwon and Jin Soon Kwon for $999,700 on Aug. 18.

The 2,678-square-foot house was built in 1984. It is located in Ridgmeway/Maple Moor.

Adair is manager for health care research at Consumer Reports. Prior to that, she was manager for external program grants at March of Dimes and assistant professor at Albert Einstein Medical Center.

She received her Ph.D. from Imperial College London.

According to BlockShopper.com there have been 182 home sales in White Plains during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $550,000.
