Calvin Klein officer sells White Plains 3BD

Rhiannon Forlini and Mario Forlini sold the three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 71 Heatherbloom Road in White Plains to Jeffrey Doyle and Rose Doyle for $906,250 on Dec. 16.

The Forlinis paid $930,000 for the property in July 2006. The 2,055-square-foot house was built in 1947 in the Ridgeway/Maple Moor neighborhood.

Rhiannon Forlini has been an account director at Calvin Klein, a fashion brand that started its operations in 1968.

Rhiannon Forlini attended Iona College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 179 home sales in White Plains during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $580,000.
