Law firm partner relists Scarsdale North 4BD

Medium 5e53cde1f8b4370a30b744526d012eab Sandor Frankel and Ruth Frankel have relisted a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 31 Paddington Road in Scarsdale for $1.38 million.

The Frankels originally listed the home with Houlihan Lawrence-Scarsdale for $1.3 million in April 2011. Iris Kalt of Prudential Centennial Realty is the current listing agent of the home.

The 2,068-square-foot house was built in 1951 in Scarsdale North.

Frankel is a managing partner at the law firm Frankel & Abrams, where his practice areas include civil litigation, trials and appeals, and criminal litigation. He has served as a lecturer on federal taxation at New York University. He also was a staff member at the White House Task Force of Crime.

He earned his B.A. from New York University and his LL.B. from Harvard University.

The Frankels also own a home at 17 Richbell Road in White Plains.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 150 home sales in Scarsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $1.18 million.
