Deborah Dekoff and Vincent Dinapoli bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 20 Autumn Ridge Road in Lewisboro from Richard and Frances Marcus for $1.0725 on Oct. 6.

The Marcuses paid $1.16 million for the property in March 2004. The home is part of the North of Old Post Road neighborhood.

Dekoff is founder and president of Achieve Productions Inc., an event planning firm based in Scarsdale.

Prior to forming her own company, she was a senior vice president at Morgan Stanley.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 72 home sales in Lewisboro during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $637,500.
